LIFE STORIES (THE MARINERS 1) 2004

The first outing for this participant-led music theatre initiative. Set to the instrumental score of Michael Torke and Chris Rawlence’s Channel 4 opera, King of Hearts

THE MARINERS 2007

The 2nd version of the musical theatre work co-written and co-performed with four women living with life threatening illnesses and composed by Orlando Gough. Developed in collaboration with puppeteer Stephen Mottram.  Toured to Greenwich Theatre and Marie Curie Hospice Hampstead, Greenwich and Bexley Cottage Hospice and Trinity Hospice London.

PERFORMING OURSELVES

A touring exhibition of self-portraiture developed in partnership with four hospices, two NHS Hospital Trusts and leading British Photographers Tom Hunter and Clare Park.  The exhibition toured to Geffrye Museum, London E2, Heartlands Hospital, Birmingham, Joseph Weld Hospice, Dorchester and Camden Conference Centre, Camden Primary Care Trust, London NW1

INTERIOR LIVES

Photographer Tom Hunter explores the domestic spaces we inhabit when living with a life-limiting illness. At the Geffrye Museum, Hackney.
